Personal booking assistant
Once you have signed up for a subscription, you will receive the details of your personal booking assistant, simply put your assistant will be your go to for all of your booking needs. Your assistant will help with any changes to bookings, reserves items, issues invoices and payment links, and ensures you do not have to lift a finger.
Monthly Subscriptions & Cancellation
You will be issued a payment link monthly, on the anniversary of your subscription, which allows you the flexibility to pay if you wish to continue with your subscription or not if you would like to cancel or pause your subscription. All without penalty or notice period. No automatic deductions from your card and therefore your subscription is in your control, always!
Flexible deposits
Depending on the package you select, you may be charged a security deposit prior to getting your switchon. As a subscriber you receive the benefit of a flexible security deposit, you only pay it once at the start of your subscription and not again for every rental booking you make going forward. The deposit can be refunded at your request, or when you pause or cancel your subscription. In addition, if you are referred by a friend who has used our service before, get in touch with us when you make your booking and we will waive your security deposit!
